You know your kid. We know what comes next.

You have watched them longer than any coach ever will… so you get a say. Our job is the road: three parts that build one player, with training and league play in the season fee and labs there whenever your kid wants to push a skill harder.

01Included in the season fee
Team Training

Two sessions every week on a curriculum our technical staff writes and revises season by season. Not drills pulled off the internet… a progression that knows what a nine-year-old needed last month and what they need next.

Summer league, real games, real minutes. This is where training turns into instinct and your kid finds out what they can do when it counts… and every player gets on the pitch.

03Add the ones you want
Skill Labs

Pick a skill and go deep. Five levels, a pin for each, a board to fill. We borrowed the ladder from martial arts belts and the collecting from Scouts and Guides… because that is what keeps kids coming back hungry.

*Summer league play is included in the season fee. The Winter Indoor league is an optional add-on.

Every lab runs a maximum of 24 kids per block. Each block is six weeks long, and we run 5 blocks per year, per lab.

Kids learn fastest when they're having a blast

So we made development collectible. Every skill has a name, five levels, a pin to earn and a board to fill. Fully engaged kids train harder, love the game longer and progress faster… that is the entire design, and it is why the labs work.

What parents actually ask us

Two different sets of questions come up on the sideline… so here are both, answered straight.

the top three from moms

Kids come home glowing when the hour is fun and the progress is visible. Small pods, a point to every session, nobody standing in a line, and a summer league where they actually play. Add a lab and the skill they chose turns into levels, pins and badges they earn and carry home… that is the difference between a Tuesday they endure and one they count down to.

We pod players by where they actually are, so nobody is overwhelmed and nobody is bored. Everyone gets the same curriculum, the same coaches and real minutes in summer league. Quieter kids often change the most over a season… they just needed to be taught properly and noticed out loud.

Yes, and we built the recognition in so it cannot be missed. Coaches award badges by name for effort, courage and the things that never reach a scoresheet, and every lab level finished earns a pin your kid keeps. The same staff sees them twice a week for eleven months and league play means real minutes, not a seat on the bench. They are known here, not counted.

Most clubs sell you practice. Here every session runs off a written curriculum our technical staff builds and revises, taught by licensed coaches, then tested in real summer league games. Labs sit on top for the skills you want pushed harder… but the development is in the program itself, week after week.

This is the part no other club hands you. You watch them more than any coach ever will, so when you spot the gap you choose the lab that closes it: finishing, defending, movement, game reading. À la carte, six weeks, no permission needed. And falling behind is the wrong frame when your kid is already in the strongest development program in southwestern Ontario… the labs are there to push a specific skill, not to catch up.

Rec runs a quarter of the year. Pay for it four times and you are past $995… and that is volunteer parents coaching it. Here it is licensed coaches every session, a curriculum written by a full technical staff, a summer league, and a club that has sent more players to professional, NCAA Division 1 and national team environments than anyone else in the region.
